Day Three

Today, after waking up from a much needed sleep, we headed for Freiburg. There we haad some free time, where we explored the city. I found a market aroundthe main church where I ate currywurst. Then we went to Titisee (a lake),where we split off into different groups. I went with a small group on a hike through the surrounding forest, which offered a beautiful landscape view of the area. Afterwards, we returned to Freiburg to eat dinner, which we found at a local restaurant whieh was poud of its 300 types of schnizel.

Now that I've had a full night of sleep under my belt, Germany is so much more exciting! Along with beautiful & fun too! Today I tried a new food called Frikadelle, and it was very god. I'm gladI decided to try something new because that is what this trip is about! So far I had a great day although it was too cold to go swimming. I can't believe it's only day 2 here & we have seen so many sights and so much culture...I can't wait to see more!
